These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in CEK Competitive Edge Karate (“CEK”) and pertain to receipt and use of The Edge for Life Principles by Kyoshi Roger Dabney (“the Book”). By enrolling in CEK’s programs or accessing related materials, students and guardians agree to these Terms.

Upon enrolling in any CEK program—including Kids Martial Arts (6–12), Adults Kickboxing (13+), or Women’s Only Boxing (13+)—each new student receives one copy of The Edge for Life Principles as part of their enrollment package.
The Book is integral to CEK’s curriculum and reinforces in-class instruction.
Additional copies are available for purchase through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s terms regarding purchase, shipping, and returns.

The Edge for Life Principles and the methodology behind CEK’s instruction—centered around lifelong principles and taught consistently through example—are authored and created by Kyoshi Roger Dabney, founder of CEK.
Kyoshi, with 46 years of martial arts experience and over 43 years in education, is a respected figure in martial arts instruction in Henrico, VA.
CEK's curriculum blends the most effective techniques from multiple martial arts disciplines into a unique, elite system—embodying both physical skill and life lessons.
All intellectual property rights related to the Book, training philosophy, and methods are owned exclusively by Kyoshi Roger Dabney and CEK.

Complimentary Book copies provided through CEK enrollment are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Purchases made directly through Amazon are governed by Amazon’s established return and refund policies.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in CEK programs indicates acceptance of any revisions.
